Offline mode
- Devices keep a signed ticket list (manifest) and verify QR signatures without internet.
- Scans are queued and sync automatically when the device is online again.
- Duplicate entries between two offline devices are flagged here after sync.
Recommended: a dedicated 4G/5G router at each entrance and a manifest refresh just before doors open.
